Lucky Hare Shears are of the highest quality and come with a lifetime warranty to the original purchaser against defects in material or manufacturing workmanship beyond fair and normal wear.  We will replace or exchange any defective product free of charge.

Servicing and sharpening of your shears should be done by the Lucky Hare Shears' Factory Service Center.  Lucky Hare Shears has a fully equipped Factory Service Center located in Baltimore, Maryland and can service all makes of shears at or near factory specifications.  Any replacement parts such as bumpers and movement washers are included at no charge. Return shipping, insurance, and handling is FREE. Once again, all work in fully guaranteed.

For warranty service, please email us through the “Contact Us” page on this website and select Returns / Exchanges from the drop down menu. Please tell us why you are returning your purchase. You will receive your return instructions and Return Authorization Number via email within 24-48 hours.  You can also just call us at 410-817-4033 and we will be happy to address your concerns.

Please ship shears in a cushioned package or well packed box. Please include the Return Authorization Number marked on the shipping package or box. Please ship USPS 1st Class 2-5 days with tracking and sufficient insurance.
