To receive full credit (less shipping), your purchase must be returned with shipping pre-paid to the location specified by Lucky Hare Shears and include the Return Authorization Number marked on the shipping box. If the item you purchased included free shipping and handling, we deduct actual shipping and handling costs.
All items must be NEW (not used), in original packaging, and with all warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.
Items returned missing parts ( combs, hair clips, case, oil, colored finger rings etc ) will be charged a 20% restocking charge. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE for the return shipping and insurance. If you return an item(s) and the shipper damages the shipment or the shipment is lost, then you and the shipper are responsible, not us. So please insure your returns.
